Mistress of Ceremony Services Include:

Pre-event

• Two in person consultations starting 6 weeks prior to event day to discuss details

• Creation of script for introductions and announcements

• Multiple emails & phone conversations to finalize event presentation

Day of

• Welcome announcements

• Introduction of each performer or speaker

• Audience interaction including Q&A sessions

• Closing ceremonies

Live Event Services Include:

Pre-event

• Two in person consultations starting 6 weeks prior to event day to discuss details

• Multiple emails & phone conversations for finalizing event day logistics

• Creation of a detailed day timeline/itinerary (from set up to breakdown) to be approved by client (you) prior to event day, and distributed to all vendors

Vendor Contact and Relationship Development

• Personal contact with all vendors as your coordinator

• Review and confirmation of event day timeline with vendors

• A venue walk through to familiarize myself with event space, seating & room layout

Day of

• Complete event day coordination (up to 10 hours) including setup/breakdown – additional time billed at $100/hour

• Point of contact for all vendors ( filtering questions, approving deliveries, troubleshooting)

• Assist clients/talent with mic placement, preparation for stage presentations, etc.

• Manage timeline including multiple speakers or performers, food service, after event activities

Wedding Services Also Include:

Rehearsal

• Coordinate wedding rehearsal, including venue readiness, rehearsal with the minister or offciant, timing of catering, music, speeches and photography

Wedding Day

• Oversee vendor set up of ceremony and reception space

• Assist couple and wedding party as needed prior to ceremony

• Organize wedding party to ensure everyone is in place and ready for ceremony

• Orchestrate couple’s entrance, wedding toasts, speeches, special dances, bouquet toss, garter toss, and grand exit to adhere to timeline

• Upon request, sing a romantic song or two in French

• Collect personal items/gifts and ensure they are with designated person and ready for the end of the night
